As part of the Massachusetts AI Hub initiative announced in December 2024, MGHPCC is soliciting RFP responses for an initial AI/ML compute resource.
Following the announcement of the Massachusetts AI Hub initiative in December 2024, the MGHPCC Consortium has opened an AI Compute Resource (AICR) Infrastructure System RFP. The RFP covers the first of 3 tranches of funding. The tranches target a sequence of systems (ST1, ST2, and ST3) - that will provide foundational infrastructure for the Massachusetts AI Hub initiative - aimed to be in early operation by August 2025, January 2027, August 2028, respectively.
